To ensure account security, we record your login time, login IP address, login device information, and login count. This information is used for anomaly detection and security auditing.

2.3 User Uploaded Content

When you use our image reverse, video reverse, music reverse, Skill creator and other tools, we receive the images, videos, audio files you actively upload, as well as the text descriptions you enter. This content is only used for the current Prompt generation.

2.4 Subscription and Payment Information

When you subscribe to Pro or Enterprise plans, payment is processed by one or more third-party payment service providers (which may include, for example, LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or WeChat Pay, depending on operational needs). The provider selected for your transaction will obtain your payment credentials directly. We do not directly collect or store your credit card number, bank account number, or other sensitive payment information, only retaining subscription status, subscription period, and invoice record metadata.

2.5 Quota Usage Records

To manage subscription quotas and prevent abuse, we record metadata such as the time of each tool call, features used, and quota consumed.

2.6 Website Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to collect anonymized website usage data — such as pages visited, visit duration, approximate region, and device/browser type. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and is used solely to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or user profiling.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Provide core services: Generate Prompt text for corresponding platforms based on your uploaded content.
• Account and subscription management: Manage your account status, subscription period, and quota balance.
• Customer support: Respond to your inquiries, complaints, disputes, and appeals.
• Security protection: Detect anomalous logins, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot security issues.
• Legal compliance: Fulfill obligations required by laws and regulations.

We will not use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Training, improving, or fine-tuning any AI models
• Selling, leasing, or otherwise commercializing your personal information to third parties
• Pushing commercial advertisements unrelated to this service

4.1 Third-Party Login Providers

When you use Google or GitHub login, the corresponding platform requests authorization from you, and we only obtain public profile information within your authorized scope.

4.2 Payment Service Providers

The third-party payment service providers used for your transaction (which may include LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or WeChat Pay, depending on operational needs) act as independent payment service providers and directly process your payment information. Data exchange between us and the payment provider is limited to: transaction vouchers, subscription status, and invoice headers.

4.3 Legal Requirements

According to laws and regulations, litigation disputes, or government mandatory requirements, we may need to legally disclose your personal information.

5. Storage and Security

5.1 Storage Location and Duration

Your account information, subscription records, and login data will be stored in our production database, retained during your use of the service and for a reasonable period after account cancellation (for fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes).

User uploaded content (images, videos, audio, text descriptions) is only used for the current Prompt generation and automatically deleted within 24 hours after generation. We will not use this content for any other purpose.

5.2 Security Measures

• Full site HTTPS / TLS encrypted transmission
• Database passwords using bcrypt and other strong encryption algorithms
• Regular security audits and vulnerability fixes
• Minimal access rights principle; internal personnel require approval to access user data

6. Cookie Policy

We use necessary Cookies and local storage to ensure the website operates normally, including:

• Session Cookies: Used to maintain your login state
• Remember Login: Used when you actively check "Remember me" (Devise remember_token)
• OAuth State: Temporary credentials during third-party login process
